Martha is a Senior Partner in the St. Petersburg, Florida office where she oversees the Tax Department and is heavily involved in the franchise services division of the firm. She has over 24 years of experience in public accounting, with a special interest in taxation, business valuation, and succession and wealth planning for her clients.
Martha has a special interest in working with Next Gens and Registered Applicants. Since joining the firm in 2010, she has worked with many families to provide guidance and solutions for Next Gens acquiring ownership. Martha serves as an original founder of the firm’s Next Gen Workshop that teaches financial basics to Next Gen candidates.
Martha is an affiliate member of W.O.N. (Women’s Operator Network), and an active participant at a variety of diversity group conferences including MHOA, NBMOA and W.O.N. annual business conferences. She actively participates at the annual NFCA (National Franchise Consultants + Accountants) business meetings, and is a supplier member of the NOA (National Owners Association). Additionally, she supports the NFLA by attending meetings to stay on top of the challenges faced by owner/operators.
