James is the founding Partner of Kelly+Partners Finance.

James has over 20 years of experience within financial markets. Early in his career, James spent time in London where he worked for the UK’s financial services regulator, which enabled him to build a strong foundation in compliance and regulation. Returning to Australia, he was employed as an equity and derivatives dealer for a global broking house, developing his understanding of corporate strategy and financial performance.

Most recently, he has held numerous roles within the Westpac Banking Corporation, where he gained significant experience and expertise in credit risk management and lending origination.

James is a founding partner of Kelly+Partners Finance. He is highly experienced in structuring mortgage and finance products to meet the requirements of both individual and business clients across a wide range of industries.

James is married to Victoria, and they have two children, Edward and Imogen. His interests include travelling and spending time with family and friends.
